HOW TO ORDER
1. FIND OUR PRODUCT
Hover to “shop” or “collections” on the top of the website and click from the drop-down list.
Select the products you are interested in by clicking the photo for a complete description and close-up images.
2. ADD TO BAG
Choose the size and quantity, and then click add to bag to purchase.
You can choose to continue shopping or proceed to check out.
3. REVIEW YOUR BAG & CHECK OUT
Click on the my bag icon on the upper-right section of the website to review your items. If you are an existing customer, please sign in with your registered email. If you are a new customer, fill in your personal details to finalise your order. Please note that product availability is not guaranteed before you check out.
4. REVIEW YOUR ORDER
Review the list of items that you want to purchase and choose a payment method to submit your order.
Click on confirm my order to finalise your purchase.
5. FINALISE PAYMENT
An on-screen receipt with an order id will appear. You will need the order id to confirm payment (if you choose "bank transfer" payment method) and to check your order status. We will also send you the payment details to your email address.
6. FINISH SHOPPING
If you choose “bank transfer” payment method, please confirm payment to finalise your purchase. Please note that purchases that have not been paid within 24 hours will be automatically cancelled.
7. ORDER STATUS
When your order is successful, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
